When trying to change your HMS password via hmslinks.me/password or through the email password change icon on the desktop, you get a '404 page not found error

  1. Close the internet browser
  2. Return to the desktop
  3. Double top  on the 'Wise Disk Cleaner' icon
  4. 'Do you want to allow this app to make changes?' tap Yes
  5. Once Wise Cleaner opens, tap the Green scan button
    (Say 'No' to offers of an upgrade Wise Disk Cleaner)
  6. Wait for the green progress bar to reach the right hand side
  7. Tap 'Clean' when it appears
    (Tap 'Yes' to close any running programs if requested)
  8. Wait until cleaning has competed
  9. Tap 'Advanced Cleaning'
  10. tap Scan
  11. Tap clean if option is available
  12. Close, and try changing your password again!
