Every now and then, Bluetooth might stop working. Try these steps to resolve:

  1. From the desktop tap 'Action centre' OR swipe in from the right
  2. Within the action center tap 'All settings'
  3. In the 'Find settings box' type 'device manager'
  4. Tap on 'Device manager' in the list below
  5. Within device manager locate 'Bluetooth'
  6. Tap on the > to the left of the word Bluetooth to expand
  7. Tap on the top entry revealed below so that it is highlighted
  8. At the top of the window tap the red cross
  9. Confirm device uninstall - - tap OK
  10. Repeat until each of the entries under bluetooth has been deleted
  11. At the top of the screen, tap the icon at the far right hand side directly under where it says 'File Action View help. This icon looks like light blue TV screen
  12. The screen will flash a few times. Once it has settled down, restart the tablet and try to connect to bloothooth again.
