1. tablet to portrait
  2. open mail
  3. tap on the three paralel lines (top left) directly above '+ New Mail'
  4. Long press on 'Hants' or 'HMS' mail
  5. Tap account settings
  6. Tap 'Change mailbox sync settings'
  7. Download new content - change to 'as items arrive'
  8. Download email from - change to 'any time'
  9. Tap done and save
  10. Resync mail - two curved arrows chasing each other in a circle - top right
