Have you been told that your tablet is sending in your registers under the wrong name, or that your tablet is identifying itself as the wrong number (or even XXX)?

  • Tap Save then Run (or just Run if only given that option)
  • If it says 'Windows protected your PC' tap on 'More info' then 'Run anyway'
  • Follow the prompts on screen
