When you open your email on the tablet, do you only get to see the 'linx8hmsXXX@outlook.com' account?

Read below to get your HMS emails back again.

  • Turn tablet to PORTRAIT
  • Open email
  • Tap on Accounts (Far left)
  • On the far right a list of accounts appears under 'Manage accounts' - tap on 'Outlook - linx8hmsXXX@outlook.com'
  • Tap on 'Change mailbox sync settings'
  • Scroll to the bottom - under 'Sync options' make sure it is off
  • Tap done
  • Tap save
  • You should now only see your hants account. If the password is out of date, and you can remember what it was, use the desktop icon - 'Email password' to change. If not, raise a support ticket here
